The food and service is amazing here! This cute cafe is inside the Selina boutique hotel which is also amazing. Both are definitely a must try!
Time for preparing breakfast is slow, orders get mixed or delayed. Bad user experience overall. I hope service improve in the future, if you can avoid it, do it.
What a terrible experience:1. We sat down at a table to have breakfast. Only after waiting for 5 minutes and seeing that the guy at the cashier kept looking at his cellphone, we stood up and ask if someone could bring us the menu. It was only then that he said that the orders are taken at the cashier. Wow. It would have been nice if he had told us as soon as we sat at the table since he was 2 meters away from us, completely aware that 2 people were sitting at a table waiting for a waiter. A complete lack of interest and attention.2. We ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs but were surprised when the waiter served us a hummus toast apologising that the avocado were not ripe enough. I can understand that you an avocado, which isn’t in a condition to be served, however… wouldn’t it be nice to let the customer know beforehand as soon as the order reaches the kitchen? I worked in a restaurant and how dare I change a dish due to a sudden inconvenience without asking for the customer’s permission. As we were starving obviously were accepted the hummus toast.3. Poached egg? Have a look at the picture. I prepares poached eggs for years and this is just a boiled egg. Sorry. No quality at all.And surprise surprise it came with a tiny piece of egg shell. How wouldn’t the kitchen staff notice the egg shell? Again, a lack of attention. The breakfast was a complete disaster. Please mind this place. I’d rather recommend Lapa Bakery which is only 2 min walk away, you get a complete Brazilian breakfast for 1/3 of the price at Selina’s.
The food was decent but the portions are small. The service was dreadful with four people working but not getting anything done and mixing up our order twice and handling it with attitude.
Open for lunch on weekdays with a smaller menu. Porção de casquinha was sub par. Daltin de tapioca was good, but sauce was too sweet. X-Wilson was cooked the way we asked - I chose the wasabi mayo. Simple, but quite tasty.
Oh my God! We were so upset there. We waited almost an hour for two hamburgers and some "crocetes" and everything was really salty. We hated it.
We stop here for some food after visiting the stairs. We had a Wilson and 1 chicken burger. Fries are the best in all city

A very considerable amount of food for a good and honest price. Not a fancy place or something, but it's worth your money and hunger.
My new favorite Frenchie downtown. It is NOT expensive for what they serve. Hors-d’œuvre are perfect, and desert is awesome. The main dish is always a surprise, with some hits and misses, in my opinion.
The best restaurant in the region, the chef cooks in an open kitchen and is very attentive, the service is very good and the food is delicious and very well served
The food at this restaurant is simply delicious, each dish is an explosion of flavors.
I arrived at this establishment accompanied by a few companions. The staff demonstrated remarkable attention to our needs and provided exceptional customer service. The ambiance and atmosphere of the venue were truly captivating, exuding an intimate and convivial aura. The cuisine served was genuinely authentic, characterized by freshness and delectable flavors. My taste buds are now yearning for further epicurean delights that this establishment undoubtedly possesses. I wholeheartedly endorse it as a highly recommended dining experience.
The food is wonderful! It was one of my best meals of all time. It is not cheap but totally worth it. Make sure to make a reservation before you go.
fantastique! my favorite place toeat!
The food is delicious, spectacular to say the least. You need to make reservations. Menu is about choices of the Chef or you can choose what you want on an assembled course. Price is in par with the place with 2 choices (89 reais + 10% service) or the full Chef Menu for 129 reais + 10% service) drinks excluded.Definitely a nice gourmet experience.

Really love coming here to enjoy authentic Brazilian cuisine without the tourist trap letdown! I'm a huge fan of the bobo de camarão and the very warm service. Alex and Samara took good care of me the last time I was there!
Good draft beer, Colorado, and tasty sausage with aipim.
Where to start? Super friendly staff - even with little Portuguese they helped us ordering amazing local Brazilian dishes.A must are the shrimp stuffed bolinhios as well as the shrimp / coconut dish and for desert cheese sticks with guava Marmelade. It’s a must visiting that place.
Bobo de Camarao, very tasty serves 3 or 4 easily for a good price. Rustic and friendly 👍🏻
Really good Brazilian food and the service was amazing! One of the best in Rio de Janeiro. The waitress were adorable! Amazing!
Small cute place in the North side of Rio. Traditional northeastern food. Home of the original feijoada croquette. Decoration is very nice, with hammocks attached to the ceiling. Mauricio, the server, is a star. Super attentive and caring. The food is very tasty, comes in big serving portions.
