My recipes are triple tested so I made sure the results aresmooth, scoop-able and delicious.

Do note that the honey in this recipe is not just for sweetness; it’s what makes your frozen yogurtscoop-able. Sugar in a liquid form is what stops ice crystals forming and keeps the yogurt soft.

  • For Dairy-Free or Vegan Homemade Frozen Yogurtrecipes, swap out the honey for agave and use a dairy-free yogurt like coconut yogurt.

Hi Gemma.
I love your recipes esp. The frozen yoghurts.
Could you substitute the honey or agave nectar for Mapel syrup?
Would it still be soft enough to scoop or would it be too crystallised & icy.?

Thank you kindly.

Hi Gemma! The pictures look so yummy. But is there a way to make plain tart frozen yogurt without any additional flavor? Plain frozen yogurt is my favorite so I’ve been looking for a way to make it without a machine.
